Venusian Society — Terms, Conditions, and Policies

Last updated: July 28th, 206

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and/or participating in any Venusian Society events, workshops, classes (including virtual, hybrid, and on-demand formats), services, or purchasing products, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, Conditions, and Policies. Participation is voluntary, conscious, and responsible. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website, platforms, and services.

Venusian Society operates under the Erosìa Collective. All terms, conditions, and policies in this document apply fully to Venusian Society, and all activities and participants, wherever located.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Venusian Society under Erosìa Collective regarding use of the website, services, and participation in events, whether in-person, virtual, or on-demand.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, or other legal requirement of your country or state of residence, the mandatory local requirement will apply to the extent — and only to the extent — required by that law; all other provisions remain in full effect.

2. Conditions and Restrictions on Use; Age and Audience

Access to this website, content, and services (including all virtual and on-demand offerings) is strictly limited to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. In many places this is 18, but in some jurisdictions it is 21 or another age, and some jurisdictions impose additional age-verification or content-labelling requirements on adult-themed material — it is your responsibility to know and meet the standard that applies where you live.

By accessing or using the site and/or participating in any events (in-person, virtual, or on-demand), you affirm and warrant that:

You meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your country and any additional legal requirements governing access to adult-themed content there. Your engagement is voluntary, conscious, and responsible. You accept full responsibility for verifying and complying with all local laws regarding age restrictions, content consumption, and participation, including any requirement that you not access such content from a jurisdiction where it is unlawful to do so.

Our offerings include adult-themed, intimate, embodiment, and artistic practices, which may not be appropriate or lawful for minors or unprepared individuals. We reserve the right to deny access, participation, or services to anyone who cannot verify their age or whom we reasonably suspect does not meet these criteria, and may implement age-verification measures as required by applicable law.

3. Educational, Artistic, and Consent-Driven Nature of Content

All materials on this website and in related spaces, including workshops, writings, photographs, videos, live events, recorded and on-demand classes, and other media, are provided solely for educational, artistic, self-exploration, and embodiment purposes. Participation in any Venusian Society experience, whether online, on-demand, or in-person, is entirely voluntary and contingent upon your full informed consent.

The community and offerings are founded on:

Enthusiastic, informed consent. Personal empowerment and self-determination. Respectful boundary-setting and communication.

We do not condone or promote any activities that are unsafe, non-consensual, illegal, or infringe upon human rights. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise) before engaging in activities inspired by or learned through our platforms, including recorded or on-demand materials viewed without live facilitator supervision.

All participants agree to uphold the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of themselves and others within the community at all times.

4. Registration, Privacy, and Profiles

No registration is required for general access to the website; an account is required to purchase or stream on-demand content. Any personal data collected during bookings, purchases, streaming, or communications is used solely for:

Service delivery and event administration. Safety and risk management. Communication about your bookings, services, or updates.

Profiles or participant information provided during bookings or communications are for internal use only and are treated with confidentiality. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed for safety and communication purposes.

Privacy and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable to you, other regimes such as the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws. More detailed privacy practices are set out in a separate Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

5. User Conduct and Community Code of Conduct

Venusian Society is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, safe, and respectful environment for all members, guests, staff, and collaborators, in person and online.

All participants must:

Uphold the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of themselves and others. Practice enthusiastic, ongoing consent in all interactions. Communicate boundaries clearly and respect those of others.

Harassment, discrimination, or bigotry based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, body size, social class, or any other status is strictly prohibited.

The following behaviours are grounds for immediate removal, revocation of on-demand access, and potential permanent banning, without refund:

Non-consensual physical or verbal conduct. Hate speech, transphobia, homophobia, fascism, ableism, racism, or any oppressive behaviour. Breaches of consent or safety protocols. Intimidation, stalking, threats, or other abuse toward participants or staff. Unauthorized recording, downloading, screen-capturing, or redistribution of virtual or on-demand content.

Complaints or safety concerns should be reported immediately to designated event staff or community leaders. Reports are handled confidentially and taken seriously, with zero tolerance for retaliation.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Use

6.1 No License; Ownership

All content on this website and in our events, including:

Text, images, photographs, logos, and designs. Instructional materials and lesson plans. Audio-visual recordings, livestreams, on-demand video and audio, branding, and layouts.

is the exclusive intellectual property of Erosìa Collective, or our authorized licensors.

All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted to you except as explicitly stated in these Terms or in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, republication, distribution, public performance, modification, screen-recording, or derivative use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action and immediate termination of access.

6.2 Use of Logos, Linking, and References

Any use of Venusian Society or Erosìa Collective trademarks, logos, or branding elements requires prior written consent. Requests to reference, quote, or link to our content, events, or brand must be submitted in writing and approved by authorized personnel.

You may not imply association, sponsorship, or endorsement without explicit written permission.

6.3 License to User Content

By submitting content or communication through our platforms (including messages, testimonials, feedback, or creative contributions), you grant Venusian Society under Erosìa Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for purposes related to our services, education, community, and artistic initiatives, always respecting confidentiality and privacy where applicable.

Where the law permits, you waive moral rights in such content to the extent necessary for us to use it in accordance with these Terms. We may review, edit, or remove user content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

6.4 Storage and Security of Content

All digital content, recordings, and participant information held by us are stored securely and used only for authorized purposes, such as documentation, training, or community safety. Unauthorized recording, photographing, downloading, or sharing of events, workshops, virtual sessions, or on-demand content is prohibited to protect community privacy and intellectual property rights.

7. Virtual, On-Demand, and Recorded Classes

7.1 Access and License. Purchase of a virtual class, on-demand class, or recorded content grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream that content for your own private use only, on the platform we designate, for the access period stated at the time of purchase (or, if none is stated, for [INSERT DEFAULT PERIOD, e.g. 30 or 90 days] from the date of purchase or first access).

7.2 Account and Device Use. Access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may limit the number of devices or concurrent streams associated with an account and may suspend access where we reasonably suspect sharing or unauthorized use.

7.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not download, copy, screen-record, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, sublicense, or otherwise make available any virtual or on-demand content, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted in writing.

7.4 Technical Requirements. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access, hardware, and software to view virtual and on-demand content. We are not responsible for interruptions, quality issues, or access failures caused by your equipment, connection, or third-party platforms (e.g., video hosting or livestream providers).

7.5 Availability and Changes. On-demand libraries, specific titles, and access windows may be modified, updated, or withdrawn at our discretion, including for licensing, safety, or legal-compliance reasons. Where content you purchased is withdrawn before the end of your stated access period, we will offer a credit or pro-rated refund for the unused portion.

7.6 Geographic Restrictions. Access to virtual and on-demand content is subject to the same geographic and ethical restrictions set out in the “Geographic and Ethical Restrictions” section below, and we may use reasonable technical measures (such as billing or IP information) to enforce this.

7.7 Refunds for Virtual and On-Demand Content. See the updated Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy below.

8. Databases, Lexicons, Glossaries, and Blog Content

8.1 Nature of Content. Our glossary, lexicon, term databases, and blog posts are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They reflect community usage, evolving terminology, and the views of individual authors or contributors, and do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

8.2 No Warranty of Accuracy. Terminology, definitions, and community language evolve over time and vary by community, region, and context. We do not warrant that any entry, definition, or blog post is complete, current, or free of error. Entries and posts may be added, corrected, updated, or removed at any time without notice.

8.3 User Contributions and Comments. Where we allow suggested definitions, submissions, or comments on our databases or blog posts, such contributions are subject to review and moderation. We may edit, decline, or remove any contribution at our sole discretion, including for accuracy, safety, tone, or compliance with these Terms. Section 6.3 (License to User Content) applies to anything you submit.

8.4 No Scraping or Bulk Reproduction. You may view and reference individual entries or posts for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, mirroring, or republishing of our databases, lexicons, or blog content, in whole or in substantial part, is prohibited without prior written consent.

8.5 Attribution. If you wish to quote or reference our lexicon or blog content elsewhere, please limit yourself to brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original source; see also Section 6.2 regarding use of our branding.

9. Payment Terms, Pricing, and Currency

Payment for services and products may be accepted via Stripe with major credit cards, IRIS Pay, Revolut Pay, and cash where applicable. All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion for other currencies is managed by your payment provider. Venusian Society is currently exempt from VAT under applicable regulations and may update this status in line with changes to tax laws. Payment confirmation is issued automatically via email upon successful transaction. Group bookings, memberships, package purchases, or on-demand content require full payment or agreed deposits prior to participation or access unless otherwise noted. Incomplete or declined payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services or access. All transactions are subject to fraud prevention and verification procedures.

10. Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

10.1 Booking Procedures

Bookings must be made via official Venusian Society channels: the website, authorized social media platforms, or direct official communication. Full payment or deposit confirmation is required at the time of booking or purchase (including on-demand purchases) to secure your place or access. Eastern European Time (EET) applies to all scheduling, communications, and event timings, unless otherwise stated. Participants are responsible for verifying event details, schedules, and personal availability before confirming bookings.

10.2 Cancellations and Refunds

10.2.1 Special Events that include 3rd-party involvement (Performances, Retreats, Play Nights, etc.)

Cancellations submitted at least 7 business days prior to the event date qualify for a refund, less a non-refundable deposit of 30%. Cancellations made less than 7 business days before the event are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling within this period may be considered case-by-case at the Society’s discretion.

10.2.2 Standard Events, Virtual Classes, and On-Demand Content (Regular Classes, Workshops, Labs, Livestreams, Recorded/On-Demand Content, etc.)

For in-person events:

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the event receive a full refund or credit for future events, less a non-refundable deposit of 20%. Cancellations under 12 hours before the event, including no-shows, are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule up to two times; further rescheduling requests may be declined to maintain fairness.

For live virtual events:

Bookings for virtual events are final and non-refundable. Clients who need to cancel may request a credit for upcoming events. If a virtual event is cancelled from our side and not moved to a different day, it receives a full refund.

For on-demand and recorded content:

Purchases of on-demand and recorded content are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the content has been accessed or streamed. If on-demand content is withdrawn or becomes permanently unavailable during your access period through no fault of yours, you will receive a credit or pro-rated refund as described in Section 7.5. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable statutory right of withdrawal you may have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence; where such a right applies and has not been validly waived, it will be honoured.

10.3 Physical Products and Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has commenced or the order is finalized. Standard products may be returned if unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 business days of receipt; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (for example, body care products) are not returnable. Refunds or store credits are issued upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of returned items.

10.4 Additional Notes on Refunds and Credits

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days. Some payment processors may charge additional fees or impose restrictions. In cases of cancellation or disruption due to force majeure (including venue decisions, strikes, government restrictions, platform or hosting-provider outages, or other unforeseeable events beyond organizers’ control), tickets and access are non-refundable. Guests will typically be offered credits or transfer to future events. Case-by-case refunds may be considered, but in such cases 30% of the amount is non-refundable, and any amounts for services already delivered (for example, presentations, workshops, or on-demand content already accessed) are non-refundable. Credits must be redeemed within sixty (60) business days. Transfer to another person is possible, after the written agreement of the Venusian Society’s team. Credits cannot be redeemed for physical products, or as cash after the credit has been requested.

11. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Venusian Society ships physical products only within the European Union (EU). Virtual and on-demand content is available wherever access is not restricted under the Geographic and Ethical Restrictions section below. Shipping carriers and methods are disclosed during purchase; customers may choose pick-up, express, or standard options when available. Processing time for in-stock items is generally 1–3 business days; backorders, custom, or special orders may take up to 3 weeks. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination and typically range from 3 to 30 calendar days. Customers receive tracking information where available. Venusian Society is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. All shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery failures due to incorrect address or non-collection may incur additional shipping or storage fees.

12. Geographic and Ethical Restrictions

In alignment with our ethical stance, Venusian Society under Erosìa Collective do not provide services, products, virtual classes, on-demand content, or accept bookings from individuals or entities located in states, entities, or individuals operating from territories under unlawful military occupation, as recognized by applicable international law. This includes, but is not limited to, the occupied Palestinian Territory, the occupied territories of Ukraine, Northern Cyprus, Georgia, Moldova, Syria, and Western Sahara. These restrictions may be updated as international legal determinations evolve.. Shipping is limited to the European Union; virtual and on-demand access is available globally except where restricted under this section or where prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings or access that violate these geographic restrictions or our ethical guidelines.

13. Third-Party Content, Merchandise, and Links

Venusian Society may offer or facilitate third-party merchandise or services, may host virtual or on-demand content via third-party streaming or hosting platforms, and may provide links to third-party websites or content.

All transactions with third parties are subject to the third party’s own terms and conditions. Venusian Society is not responsible for the content, quality, availability, accuracy, or fulfilment of third-party websites, products, services, or hosting/streaming platforms. Users engage with third-party content and merchants at their own risk. Any advertising or linked content on our platforms is provided for informational purposes. We do not endorse third-party services unless explicitly stated.

14. Liability, Health, and Safety; Indemnity

Participation in Venusian Society activities, whether online, on-demand, or in-person, is voluntarily at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Our workshops and events, including virtual and on-demand formats, may involve physical, emotional, or psychological activities. You are solely responsible for assessing your own suitability, health status, and boundaries, including when practicing alone based on recorded or on-demand material without live facilitator supervision. We strongly recommend consulting appropriate medical or mental health professionals if you have any health concerns. While reasonable safety standards and clear guidelines are maintained, absolute safety cannot be guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:

Release, indemnify, and hold harmless Venusian Society, Erosìa Collective, and their directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from or related to your participation or use of the website and services.

Claims arising out of participation or use of our services must be brought within the applicable legal time limits set by governing law, or they will be deemed waived.

15. Accessibility Commitment

Venusian Society is dedicated to creating an accessible environment both online and offline, including for virtual and on-demand offerings.

Information about accessibility features for events and on-demand content is provided to the best of our knowledge. Where possible, accommodations or alternative formats (such as captions for on-demand content) are offered; you are encouraged to contact us in advance with specific needs. Efforts are made to select accessible venues and platforms, though some limitations may apply due to the nature of certain locations, activities, or third-party hosting tools. Feedback on accessibility improvements is actively welcomed.

16. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns, complaints, or disputes related to services, events, or community interactions, you are encouraged to bring them to our attention for prompt and fair resolution.

Complaints should be submitted in writing via email to the contact address listed on the website, including relevant dates, names, and supporting information. Receipt of your complaint is typically acknowledged within a reasonable time frame (for example 3 business days), with an estimated timeline for resolution. Matters are investigated confidentially and impartially. The aim is to resolve complaints within a reasonable period (for example 15 business days). If more time is required, you will be informed. Possible outcomes may include clarifications, corrective actions, refunds or credits (when applicable), mediation, or other appropriate remedies. If dissatisfied with the resolution, you may request a review by a more senior member of the team. External dispute-resolution options may also be discussed, including any applicable EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumers. Raising a complaint in good faith will not result in retaliation. All complaints are handled discreetly and information shared only with those directly involved in the process.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials on this website and in associated events, including virtual and on-demand content, are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis for educational, artistic, self-exploration, and embodiment purposes. Without limiting local mandatory protections, we:

Do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any content. Disclaim all express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law:

Venusian Society, Erosìa Collective, and their representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of your participation or use of the website or services, including virtual or on-demand content. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant event, service, or product, except where law requires otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities; in such cases, parts of this clause may not apply, and liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

19. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

If you believe that any content on the website or in our materials infringes your intellectual property rights:

Submit a written notice containing your contact details, a description of the alleged infringement, and supporting documentation. We will review such claims and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law, which may include removal, modification, or other action.

20. Arbitration, Governing Law, and Forum for Disputes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the European Union and any applicable national laws of the specific EU member state where Venusian Society is legally based.

Courts of that jurisdiction will generally have exclusive or primary jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which may entitle you to bring proceedings in your local courts and to rely on mandatory protections of that jurisdiction regardless of this clause. Internal or voluntary mediation or arbitration may be offered as part of a dispute resolution process but does not limit your rights under applicable law.

21. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates:

An employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between participants and Venusian Society or Erosìa Collective.

All participants act in their own name and are responsible for their own behaviour, actions, and decisions.

22. No Resale, Assignment, or Sub-Licensing

Services, content access (including virtual and on-demand access), tickets, and products provided by Venusian Society:

May not be resold, assigned, transferred, or sublicensed without prior written consent.

Unauthorized resale, transfer, or commercial use may result in cancellation of access without refund.

23. Successors, Assigns, and Survival

These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

Any provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and other clauses which by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect after termination of participation or access.

24. Termination of Access

Venusian Society under Erosìa Collective reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to:

Terminate or suspend access to the website, events, virtual classes, on-demand content, or services. Remove or ban individuals from spaces or activities.

This may occur for violations of these Terms, code of conduct, safety protocols, unauthorized recording or redistribution of content, or applicable law. Termination does not limit any other legal or equitable remedies we may have.

25. Communications with Users

Official communications occur through:

The website and official announcements. Authorized email addresses and messaging channels. Direct official communication described in booking or event information.

You are responsible for monitoring these channels and keeping your contact information accurate and up to date.

26. Submission of Ideas and Feedback

Any ideas, suggestions, proposals, or feedback submitted to Venusian Society or Erosìa Collective:

May be used, developed, adapted, or implemented at our discretion. Do not create any obligation for acknowledgment, confidentiality, or compensation, unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement.

27. Export Controls and Legal Compliance

Participants are fully responsible for complying with any applicable export, trade, sanctions, content, or age-verification regulations in their jurisdiction. You may not use the website, virtual classes, on-demand content, or services in violation of such laws or in regions where participation is prohibited.

28. Changes to Terms and Services

Venusian Society under Erosìa Collective reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms, policies, or service offerings (including virtual and on-demand offerings) at any time.

Material changes may be communicated on the website and, where practicable, via email or other official channels. Continued use of the website, services, or participation in events after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

29. Non-Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

30. Contact Information

For questions, concerns, complaints, or requests relating to these Terms or your participation, please contact the team via the contact options provided on the official Venusian Society website.
