What Holds the Holder is an intermediate to advanced workshop on aftercare for Dominants and those who carry power in BDSM dynamics. It focuses on the often unspoken aftermath of holding authority and how to sustain dominance without depletion.

This class addresses:

– Dominant drop and delayed emotional or physical processing
– Nervous system regulation after scenes and prolonged power exchange
– Responsibility fatigue and the weight of continued command
– Self-directed aftercare for Dominants
– Receiving care from partners without destabilizing roles
– Structural practices that support long-term dominance and clarity

While the workshop centers Dominants, submissives are welcome if they wish to better understand how to support their Dominants responsibly and without role confusion.

This is not an introductory class. It assumes experience with BDSM dynamics, consent, and scene structure. The focus is on sustainability, precision, and maintaining the integrity of power over time.

Meet your presenter:
MadameSelana (she/her) bends ropes, words, and rules. A rigger and kink educator since 2018 and founder of the Venusian Society, she teaches kink as scholarship and desire as ritual. From shibari to verbal domination to advanced BDSM practices, she creates spaces where consent, power, and erotic curiosity collide with precision and care.
Queer, intense, and unapologetically Venusian, she blends ritual, embodiment, and psychological insight to transform play into both learning and liberation. In addition to her independent work, she is a guest facilitator for Athens Pride, Pragmatically Kinking, and more.
Her classes, workshops, and events are designed to stretch boundaries safely, honour desire ethically, and invite participants to explore intimacy, power, and sensation with clarity.
