Class description:

Flexibility provides an exciting range of possibilities for creative bondage poses, but frequently also comes with increased risk of joint injuries and nerve issues. Hypermobile tops also face unique challenges in rope handling, as common tensioning techniques can destabilize flexible joints.

This class will cover active stability techniques and cross-training exercises for hypermobile bottoms and tops, as well as additional considerations for tops tying hypermobile bottoms, including nerve and circulatory issues that commonly occur in extremely flexible people.
