This is an advanced-level class intended for participants who are familiar with basic consent, negotiation, and aftercare practices. Beginner topics such as foundational kink dynamics will not be covered. The focus is on advanced aftercare strategies for high-intensity scenes, including nervous system regulation and alternative approaches beyond traditional aftercare models. This class is not suitable for those who are new to kink.

Aftercare is often portrayed as soft blankets, cuddles, and gentle reassurance. While this works beautifully for many scenes, it does not serve every player.

For high-impact masochists, sadists, and those who thrive in intense physical play, traditional aftercare can feel jarring, unnecessary, or even disruptive to the headspace they worked hard to reach.

So what does care look like when softness is not the answer?

In this class, we explore advanced aftercare strategies designed for intense play. We will examine how the nervous system processes impact scenes, how adrenaline and endorphins affect the body, and why some players need integration rather than comfort.

Topics include:

• physical recovery for high-impact scenes
• role-consistent aftercare within power dynamics
• maintaining scene headspace during decompression
• managing adrenaline drops and delayed subdrop
• solitary aftercare and personal regulation styles
• care for both bottoms and tops

Participants will learn how to design custom aftercare protocols that respect their bodies, their dynamics, and their kink psychology.

Meet your instructor:
